Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The Project Coordinator will support project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Support project managers in resource allocation and task assignments.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
