Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing and a strong understanding of payroll regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with audits as needed.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday, etc.).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
