Job Description

Job Title: Business Operations Analyst – (Automotive Embedded/Americas Europe) Location: Folsom, CA Duration: 7 Months Shift: Work in European and US time zones Position Overview: We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the Business Development for Distribution in the Automotive Embedded Business Unit (AEBU). You will be a temporary member of the AMR and European BDM team to develop the distribution corporate business as well as looking after the distribution accounts. You will be responsible for the following specific (but not only) activities.The role focuses heavily on business operations, customer engagement, pricing support, and forecasting. • Work with Sales/FAE to understand customer needs to propose “Best Products Solutions “. • Enable and support design-in/win activity with preferred product sampling and in line with AEBU product strategy; • Provide regular customer feedback and updates to central marketing team regarding product roadmaps, product lines and competition. • Interact with AEBU world-wide counterparts (marketing/engineering/ecosystem teams) for synchronizing on products/segment strategies. • Keep regularly posted AEBU members and management on biz/products status and requirements with proper presentation/data. • Actively contribute to solve any potential customer issues setting the meeting with key players. • Analyze customers demand for forecast accuracy and continuity • Provide long-term customer demand and forecast to support business plan processes • Provide/support customers with regular marketing messages & products update through relevant documentations/presentations/events. The Activity includes: • Good field and customer orientation with timely and comprehensive support • Understanding of technical requirements and application needs. • Interpersonal skills in communicating, advising, influencing and consulting. • Ability to analyze data/reports, make synthesis in to propose best possible solution. • Process oriented, organized & problem-solving attitudes. • Ability to manage short-notice requirements/support. Key Responsibilities • Support business development activities for European and U.S. automotive embedded customers. • Manage pricing, contracts, and demand forecasting activities. • Respond to customer requests and coordinate cross?functional support. • Work extensively with large datasets, pricing files, and operational reports. • Prepare presentations, customer updates, and internal business reviews. • Collaborate with global teams and accommodate occasional flexibility for European time zones. • Provide temporary coverage with expectation of immediate productivity and minimal ramp?up. Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in: ? Business operations ? Product management ? Business development ? Or similar analytical/operational roles • Strong proficiency in: ? Excel (data analysis, large spreadsheets, extracting/reporting data) ? CRM systems ? PowerPoint (customer?facing deliverables) • Ability to work with cross?functional global teams and manage customer interactions. • Ability to start immediately • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
