Job Description

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist I Work Location: Remote Assignment Duration: 6 Months Work Arrangement: Remote Position Summary: As an our organization full life-cycle Associate Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent to join our team. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications. • Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels. • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with our organization’s requirements, culture, and values. • Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process for our organization and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate. • Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline. • Support our organization’s diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle. • Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience. • Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects. Qualification & Experience: • Strong sourcing techniques • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates. • Influencing and negotiation skills • 2+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor • Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
