Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, demonstrate strong clinical skills, and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document observations accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (new graduates may be considered).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
