ICU Registered Nurse

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $42.00 - $55.00 per hour
Shift: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week
Experience Required: 2+ years ICU

About the Role:
Provide direct care to critically ill patients in a 24-bed medical intensive care unit, managing ventilators, titrating drips, and responding to rapid-response events alongside intensivists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage critically ill patients on continuous monitoring.
• Titrate vasoactive and sedation drips per protocol.
• Manage ventilated patients and participate in weaning trials.
• Respond to codes and rapid-response calls.

Required Qualifications:

• Active Texas RN license (or compact).
• 2+ years of recent ICU experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• ADN or BSN.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
